Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our sales team as Medical Representatives. The role involves field work, building relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, promoting pharmaceutical products, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies on a daily basis as per the field plan
- Promote company products ethically and effectively to healthcare professionals
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage accurately
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and pharmacists
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product detailing and presentations
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Maintain daily call reports, expense reports, and other required documentation
- Attend training programs, sales meetings, and review sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Any relevant discipline
- Freshers are welcome; prior field sales exposure is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products (training will be provided)
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
