Role Description
We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. Responsibilities include promoting and selling pharmaceutical and oral care products to healthcare professionals, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and ensuring product knowledge is effectively communicated. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, regular visits to medical practitioners and pharmacies will be a critical part of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Medical Sales and knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with clients and professionals
- Understanding of Medicine and Pharmacy-focused concepts for informing and educating stakeholders
- Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships in the medical field
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage
