Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Chennai. The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Flowrich Pharma's products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital representatives. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting client visits, delivering product presentations, and providing accurate product information and clinical benefits. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring high levels of service and follow-up. The Medical Sales Representative will also monitor competitor activities, collect market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support product launches. Regular reporting of sales activities, territory performance, and customer feedback is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong Medical Sales expertise, including experience meeting or exceeding territory-based sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present complex information clearly and build long-term client relationships.
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, benefits, and safe usage.
- Ability to plan and manage a sales territory, including route planning, visit scheduling, and timely reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, presentations, and spreadsheets).
- Self-motivated, ethical, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
