Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Tirunelveli. The Medical Sales Representative will visit healthcare professionals and pharmacies to promote the company's products, provide product information, and build strong, long-term relationships. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting sales calls, explaining product benefits and usage, collecting feedback from customers, and maintaining detailed records of visits and sales activities. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. The Medical Sales Representative will also stay updated on product knowledge, competitors, and market trends to support effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present products clearly and respond effectively to customer needs.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety.
• Candidates should preferably have experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field; local language proficiency and a valid driver's license are beneficial.
