We're building MITHRIL Splints - a new generation of patient-friendly, fast-applied, clinically
engineered orthopaedic solutions.
And we're looking for a driven Medical Representative to take this innovation to doctors and hospitals on the ground.
What you'll do
- Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, plastic surgeons, emergency physicians, and physiotherapists
- Demonstrate and explain MITHRIL Splints in OPDs, wards, and OT settings
- Drive product adoption across hospitals, clinics, and rehab centres
- Gather real-world feedback from clinicians and relay insights to the founding team
- Own your territory and grow it like it's your own business
Who you are
- A confident communicator with experience in medical device or pharma sales
- Comfortable speaking with senior doctors and clinical teams
- Curious, energetic, and willing to learn something new
- Motivated by impact, not just targets
- Ready to work in a fast-moving startup environment
