Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Medical Sales Representative based out of the Tenali and Nellore headquarters region. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and detailing the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Daily tasks include planning and executing virtual or field visits, conducting product presentations, answering clinical and product-related queries, and ensuring regular follow-up with existing and potential customers. The role also involves monitoring local market trends, collecting feedback, supporting product launches, and achieving assigned sales targets in an ethical and compliant manner. The representative will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, prepare periodic reports, and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, medical affairs, and distribution to ensure timely product availability and strong customer support.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Medical Sales, with experience in promoting pharmaceutical products and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Relevant academic background or working knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand product indications, benefits, and safety information.
  • Proficiency in planning, territory management, and basic sales reporting tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Comfort with virtual engagement methods (phone, video calls, webinars) in addition to in-person interactions when required.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field preferred; prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage.
  • Commitment to ethical promotion, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning about products and disease areas.
