Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai for a Medical Retail Associate at Medical Supply Shop Inc. The responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining a thorough understanding of product offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling inquiries in an efficient and professional manner. The role also involves managing in-store inventory and supporting overall store operations while maintaining excellent service standards.
