We are looking for energetic and self-driven Medical Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Fresh B.Pharm graduates are encouraged to apply, while experienced candidates should have a science background with relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote company products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals through scientific product detailing.
• Meet daily call targets by visiting doctors and chemists in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and execute monthly tour plans and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and RCPA through the sales application.
• Build strong customer relationships and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate medical conferences, CMEs, and promotional activities.
• Monitor stock availability with stockists and retail chemists.
• Conduct competitor analysis, prescription audits, and market surveys.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Eligibility

• Freshers: B.Pharm graduates.
• Experienced Candidates: 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with a science background.
