Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Guwahati. The Medical Representative will promote QuickoBook's healthcare services and solutions to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Daily responsibilities include visiting healthcare providers, explaining service offerings, managing product and service queries, and ensuring consistent follow-up to drive engagement and usage. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs, collecting market feedback, and supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns. The Medical Representative will also maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and customer interactions while meeting assigned targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Strong medical sales skills, with experience promoting healthcare services or pharmaceutical products
• Effective communication skills for presenting solutions and engaging with healthcare professionals
• Customer service skills to provide responsive, reliable support to doctors, clinics, and patients
• Basic understanding of medicine and pharmacy concepts to discuss offerings credibly and accurately
• Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, manage field visits, and organize time efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience as a medical representative or in healthcare sales is an advantage
• Proficiency in using mobile apps and basic office software for reporting and communication
• Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset
