Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic, result-oriented, and field-focused Medical Representative (MR) for Bahraich district to promote pharmaceutical products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products to doctors, chemists, and stockists in the assigned Bahraich territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors
- Ensure product availability and prescription generation in the assigned market
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain effective market coverage
- Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and maintain accurate field activity records
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback
- Execute product launch strategies effectively in the territory
- Identify growth opportunities and support territory expansion initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate (Science / Pharma background preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Representative experience specifically in Bahraich district (Mandatory)
- Strictly no relocation candidates – only candidates currently based in or actively working in Bahraich will be considered
- Relevant experience in General Segment Therapy is mandatory
- Must be well-versed with pharmaceutical sales and doctor/chemist engagement
- Strong communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills
- Presentable personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bahraich district
