Role Description The Medical Representative (Home Healthcare) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The role involves promoting Arohacares home healthcare services to hospitals, partner clinics, international medical tourism companies and other healthcare providers. Day-to-day tasks include meeting healthcare professionals, explaining service offerings, answering inquiries, and guiding on suitable care packages. The Medical Representative will conduct regular follow-ups, maintain accurate records of visits and leads, and support the onboarding of new clients. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, collecting feedback, and assisting in local outreach activities and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including the ability to present and promote home healthcare services effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand prescriptions, care plans, and clinical terminology.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, home care, pharmaceutical, or hospital-based roles is beneficial.
• Ability to work in the field, manage schedules independently, and meet sales and outreach targets.
• Comfort using basic digital tools (spreadsheets, messaging apps etc) for reporting and communication.
• Qualification: diploma or degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, related healthcare discipline or any graduate.
