Job Description: Medical Representative
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products in line with company policy. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting with healthcare professionals daily to promote company products.
- Visiting chemists and stockists to check stock availability, collect orders, and process payments.
- Conducting and participating in various brand promotion activities such as CMEs, conferences, doctors meetings, RTMs, etc.
- Implementing company promotional strategies and utilizing promotional inputs as per company guidelines.
- Maintaining appropriate visit frequency with all categories of customers, including doctors, hospitals, and institutions, to promote products and strengthen professional relationships, thereby enhancing the company's image.
- Participating in the launch of new products as per company guidelines and strategies.
- Ensuring 100% ROI and maintaining strong business follow-up with stakeholders.
- Exploring new markets and identifying potential customers for business development.
- Achieving monthly sales targets as assigned by the company.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
