Job Description
Meeting Doctors on daily basis to promote our company product as per the company policy.
Meeting Chemists and stockiest to check the stock availability & collecting order and payments.
Conduct and participate in various brand promotion activities Viz; CMEs, Conferences, Doctor meet, RTM etc.
Implement Company's promotional strategies and utilize the promotional inputs as per the Company's guidelines.
Maintain appropriate visit frequency with all classes of customers, doctors, hospitals and institutions to promote company's products, Strengthen and build professional relationship and to enhance company image.
To participate in launch of new products as per Company's guidelines and strategies.
Ensure 100% ROI and strong business follow up with stake holders.
Explore the new market and customers for business development.
Achieve monthly sales target as assigned by the company.
Desired Candidature
Candidate should have minimum 6 months of pharma sales experience as a Medical Representative in respective market area.
Only science, Pharmacy and MBA candidates can apply as a Fresher.
Age should be below 28 years.
Should have good communication and presentability.
Experience candidate should have good product knowledge, detailing and strong customer connect. He should also have inspiring performance trac record.
Candidate should be career oriented, passionate about sales profession, energetic and self-motivated.
