Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and stockists.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to generate prescriptions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent business growth in the territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits, meet doctors as per daily call plan, and ensure effective product coverage.
  • Organize and participate in CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), doctor meets, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
  • Ensure availability of products at chemist counters and maintain coordination with distributors/stockists.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on field activities and sales performance.
  • Implement company strategies and marketing campaigns effectively in the assigned area.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics, and professionalism

  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc / B.Pharm)
  • 0-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
