Job Description

Role - Medical Representative

HQ - Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular field visits as per the daily call plan
  • Organize product presentations, CMEs, and awareness programs
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Ensure product availability at stockists and chemists
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and reports
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc / B.Pharm / B.Com / Any Graduate)
  • Freshers or candidates with relevant field sales experience

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good convincing and negotiation ability
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Work Environment

  • Field-based job involving extensive travel
  • Interaction with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies
