What We Want You To Do
- Prospect, engage and convert new clients to grow the company's customer base within your assigned territory.
- Increase turnover per client by understanding client needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings and meaningful engagements. Typical target: approximately 812 quality client interactions per day, depending on territory, appointment schedules and travel time.
- Log and communicate details of client visits and follow-ups to supervisors using the company CRM and through agreed reporting cadence (daily/weekly updates as required).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue/turnover targets set by management and actively manage your sales pipeline and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Any Graduate; prior experience in sales or field sales is preferred.
- Confidence, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
- Familiarity with pharma or life sciences is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory; a valid driver's license is preferred.
