Position: Medical Representative – Critical Care
Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Critical Care products to hospitals, ICU departments, nephrologists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams.
- Conduct scientific product presentations and clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration in existing accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support and product availability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in Critical Care, Nephrology, ICU, or Hospital Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage assigned territories.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Critical Care and Nephrology products and hospital sales processes.
- Strong negotiation and account management abilities.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
