Client Relations & Front Desk Executive

The Jupiter Pet Hospital is looking for an experienced, confident and highly presentable Client Relations & Front Desk Executive to be part of our premium multispeciality veterinary hospital.

This is more than a conventional receptionist role.

We are looking for someone who can create an excellent client experience, communicate confidently with pet parents and represent the hospital professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist pet parents at the hospital
• Manage front desk operations, appointments, registrations and billing coordination
• Provide a professional and premium client experience
• Handle client enquiries, feedback and concerns with maturity
• Coordinate effectively between clients, doctors and hospital teams
• Maintain CRM follow-ups and client relationships
• Explain and promote relevant non-clinical hospital services
• Support grooming, preventive-care and other service enquiries
• Assist with client testimonials and selected social-media/video content
• Maintain professional communication and front-desk standards

Who We Are Looking For

• Excellent English communication is essential
• Good Hindi communication; Telugu is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
• Confident, professional and well-groomed personality
• Comfortable interacting with pets and pet parents
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, aviation, premium retail, customer service, front office or client relations preferred
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Long-term candidates preferred
• Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
