Medical Receptionist

Haempath Diagnostics is an NABL-accredited specialty laboratory dedicated to hematopathology services. The laboratory specializes in advanced testing such as multicolor flow cytometry, platelet function tests, coagulation and thrombotic workups, bone marrow studies, and thalassemia and myeloma workups. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at Haempath Diagnostics, located in Ahmedabad. The Medical Receptionist will manage appointment scheduling, handle incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and assist in front-desk receptionist duties. The role involves maintaining organized patient records, coordinating with medical office teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support exceptional patient service.

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining patient records
• Strong Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and front-desk operations
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology for effective coordination with the medical team
• Experience in working efficiently within a Medical Office setting
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office management is a plus
