Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Operations team member, based in Bengaluru. The role involves coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of medical services, including assisting in medical diagnostics and treatments. The individual will collaborate with medical professionals to ensure quality care delivery, maintain operational efficiency, and optimize patient experience. They will also be responsible for aligning operations with established protocols and standards to uphold the hospital's commitment to excellent patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise and knowledge in Medicine, with specialization in fields such as Cardiology and Neurology.
- Experience in Orthopedic Surgery and Treatment for various conditions.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team, ensuring seamless coordination in care delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage medical operations efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and patients.
- A degree in Medicine (MBBS) with relevant specialization; advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications in medical fields are a plus.
- Previous experience in hospital operations or medical administration is advantageous.
