Medical Oncologist / Surgical Oncologist

Diagnose and stage cancer using clinical evaluation, imaging, and pathology reports.

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines.

Administer and monitor systemic cancer therapies including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted agents, and hormonal therapy.

Manage treatment-related side effects and complications.

Coordinate care with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and palliative care teams.

Provide clear counseling to patients and families regarding diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options.

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary meetings.

Engage in clinical research and clinical trials where applicable.

Comply with hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
