We are recruiting within the Healthcare sector in India, focusing on cancer care services. This role is with a reputable healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional oncology treatment and patient outcomes across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for cancer patients based on comprehensive medical evaluation and diagnostic results.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy as prescribed, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including radiologists, surgeons, and palliative care providers to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment, adjusting protocols as necessary, and manage side effects and complications effectively.
- Provide expert counseling and support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient history, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Medical degree with specialization in Oncology or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in medical oncology
- Proficiency in administering chemotherapeutic agents and managing oncology patients
- Strong knowledge of cancer diagnosis, staging, and treatment strategies
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Preferred
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting in India
- Research experience in oncology or participation in clinical trials
