Role Overview

You will work in one of North India's leading mental health and de-addiction institutions, managing a wide range of psychiatric and detoxification cases and gaining hands-on exposure to emergency and inpatient psychiatric care during night and rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to psychiatric and detoxification inpatients during night and rotational duties
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms and manage medical stability
• Handle medical and psychiatric emergencies
• Conduct regular inpatient rounds and patient evaluations
• Ensure timely medication administration and vital monitoring
• Maintain accurate medical records and shift handover documentation
• Support admissions, detox initiation, and discharge processes
• Ensure strict adherence to hospital clinical protocols and patient safety standards

Qualifications & Competencies

• MBBS with valid medical registration
• Experience or interest in psychiatry and de-addiction preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during night shifts
