Patient Care & Clinical Duties
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients medical conditions in accordance with clinical guidelines.

Healthcare Operations
- Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Supervise junior medical staff, nurses, and interns to ensure quality care.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with other doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation as per hospital policies and legal requirements.
- Stay updated with medical guidelines, policies, and healthcare regulations.
- Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives.
Health Promotion & Education
- Provide patient education on preventive care, healthy lifestyle, and disease management.
- Participate in health awareness programs, vaccination drives, and community health initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- 15 years of clinical experience in hospital or healthcare settings.
- Valid medical license to practice in the respective region.
- Knowledge of current medical practices, patient care, and treatment protocols.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
