Role Overview:

NeuroEquilibrium is seeking a qualified and dedicated MS ENT doctor to work under the supervision of a senior ENT specialist in our clinic. The role involves assisting in patient consultations, performing preliminary assessments, interpreting diagnostic test reports, and preparing prescriptions under guidance. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their clinical experience in ENT care and work closely with an experienced practitioner in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

What is the role like:

Conduct initial patient consultations including history-taking and basic clinical examination.

Assist the senior ENT doctor during patient assessments and procedures.

Interpret and analysis of diagnostic test reports, audiometry, vestibular assessments, and imaging results to assist in treatment planning.

Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records in the clinic system.

Coordinate with technicians and staff to ensure smooth clinic workflow and patient experience.

Educate patients about prescribed treatments, follow-up protocols, and medication usage.

Support the senior consultant in developing patient management plans and follow-up schedules.

Participate in internal case discussions, reviews, and learning sessions to enhance domain knowledge

Conduct CMEs for doctors

Do online consultation for patients

Conduct various clinical trials and assist in publishing the research
