Occupational Health & Surveillance: Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, identify hazards, and assess fitness for work.
Clinical & Emergency Care: Provide immediate first aid and treatment for injuries/illnesses, manage on-site emergencies, and coordinate referrals to hospitals.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Factories Act (e.g., maintaining Form 7/32), manage Bio-Medical Waste, and maintain confidential health records.
Preventive Health Programs: Organize wellness programs, ergonomics training, and health education to prevent occupational diseases.
OHC Management: Supervise paramedical staff, maintain inventory of medicines/equipment, and support EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) audits.
Duty Hours / Timings: He must be willing to do work in shifts as per Company's guidelines & should adjust other colleagues during their leave periods.
Wellness Programs: Organize health awareness campaigns regarding hygiene, occupational diseases, and nutrition.
Computer Skills: He should have knowledge of Computer especially excel for data generation and its maintenance.
Record Keeping: Maintain confidential medical records and submit mandatory medical reports to management and statutory authorities during any audits / or as an when required.

Education: MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Certification: AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health)
License: Valid registration with the State Medical Council/NMC.
Experience: 310 years in occupational health, industrial medicine, or casualty/emergency Care
