Role Description This full-time, on-site Medical Officer role is based in Noida. The Medical Officer will conduct daily patient consultations via assisted telemedicine, including history taking, clinical assessment, preliminary diagnosis, and formulation of treatment plans in alignment with established protocols. Responsibilities include reviewing diagnostic reports, prescribing medications as appropriate, documenting encounters in electronic systems, and coordinating care with remote specialists and partner physicians. The role involves monitoring follow-up cases, managing referrals, and ensuring continuity of care for rural patients accessing services through the clinic. The Medical Officer will also participate in community health initiatives, support training of on-site staff in basic clinical procedures and protocols, and contribute to quality improvement and clinical governance activities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to apply evidence-based clinical guidelines in a telemedicine-supported setting.
- Demonstrated excellence in Patient Care, including clinical assessment, counseling, and follow-up management for diverse populations.
- Experience in Surgery or minor procedures is an advantage, particularly for basic on-site interventions when required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively when Working with Physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams across locations.
- Experience in Training junior clinicians, nursing staff, or health workers on clinical protocols and patient safety is desirable.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
- Previous experience in primary care, community health, or telemedicine is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
- Comfort using digital health platforms, electronic medical records, and remote consultation tools.
