We are looking for a Medical Officer who can combine clinical expertise with program management and data-driven decision-making to improve workforce health outcomes at scale.

Role Overview
As a Medical Officer at Uno.care, you will act as the medical and technical backbone for large-scale corporate health and wellness programs.
You will work closely with operations, customers, doctors, hospitals, wellness partners, and leadership teams to ensure that health programs are clinically sound, compliant, measurable, and outcome-driven.
This is not a traditional clinic-based role. It is an opportunity to influence the health of thousands of employees across multiple organizations and industries.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Technical Support
* Provide medical and technical guidance for corporate health checkups, wellness programs, and occupational health initiatives.
* Review health checkup protocols, medical questionnaires, and clinical workflows.
* Support internal teams and customers with medical and occupational health-related queries.
* Ensure adherence to applicable occupational health and workplace health standards.
Health Data Analytics
* Analyze employee health data generated through health checkups and wellness programs.
* Identify key health risks, disease trends, and workforce health patterns.
* Develop health risk assessment reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
* Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Wellness Program Design & Outcomes
* Design targeted wellness programs based on employee health data and organizational requirements.
* Create interventions focused on:
* Lifestyle disorders
* Diabetes prevention and management
* Hypertension management
* Obesity and nutrition
* Women's health
* Mental wellness
* Musculoskeletal health
* Occupational health risks
* Define success metrics and measure the impact of wellness initiatives over time.
Program Execution Support
* Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of health checkups and wellness activities across India.
* Coordinate with hospitals, laboratories, specialists, nutritionists, and wellness partners.
* Support planning and implementation of annual health calendars and engagement programs.
* Ensure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction across locations.
Customer Engagement
* Participate in client meetings, wellness reviews, and health strategy discussions.
* Present health analytics, findings, and recommendations to HR, plant leadership, and management teams.
* Act as a trusted medical advisor for enterprise customers.
Health Education & Awareness
* Develop health awareness content and employee communication campaigns.
* Conduct webinars, wellness sessions, and health talks.
* Support creation of educational material related to workplace health and wellness.

Qualifications
* MBBS (Mandatory)
* AFIH / CIH / Occupational Health Certification preferred
* MD Community Medicine / Preventive & Social Medicine will be an added advantage

Experience
* 1–5 years of experience in occupational health, corporate wellness, hospitals, preventive healthcare, public health programs, or healthcare operations.
* Exposure to employee health checkups, wellness initiatives, occupational health centers (OHCs), or healthcare analytics will be preferred.
* Strong interest in preventive healthcare, population health management, and workplace wellness.
* Ability to analyze health data and convert insights into actionable wellness interventions.
