Role Summary

We are looking for an MBBS doctor with hands-on experience in dermatology and trichology (skin and hair). You will be responsible for patient follow-ups and prescriptions, making sure each patient's treatment progress is monitored and documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular follow-up consultations with existing patients (in person and by phone or video where needed).
• Assess treatment progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Write accurate, evidence-based prescriptions for skin and hair conditions.
• Counsel patients on treatment expectations, medication use, aftercare and lifestyle.
• Maintain clear and complete patient records, including follow-up notes and prescriptions.
• Coordinate with the clinic's senior doctors, surgical team and patient counselling team for smooth continuity of care.
• Follow clinic protocols, hygiene and patient-safety standards.
• Submit a monthly report to the reporting manager at month-end, covering follow-ups completed, patient outcomes and any issues or suggestions.

Qualifications and Experience

• MBBS from a recognised university, with valid registration (NMC / Gujarat Medical Council).
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in dermatology / trichology (skin and hair).
• A completed certificate course or fellowship in dermatology, trichology, cosmetology or a related field.

Preferred

• Experience in a hair transplant or aesthetic clinic.
• Familiarity with hair loss treatments (e.g., PRP, medical therapy) and hair/scalp assessment.
• Experience with EMR/clinic management software.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong clinical knowledge of common skin and hair conditions.
• Clear, empathetic communication with patients.
• Attention to detail in documentation and prescriptions.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
