Job Purpose

To provide medical services to Vikram Cement employees and their families and others as per the company policy. Emergency and critical care services around the clock. To conduct pre-employment examination and annual medical check ups. First aid training and services. To provide village health care services as per company policy

Job Context & Major Challenges

Vikram Cement Works: a unit of UltraTech Cement Limited, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group is situated at Khor, District Neemuch (Madhya Pradesh). Vikram Cement has 3 Lines. Line-1 was commissioned in 1985 with an installed capacity of 1500TPD, which has been enhanced to 2800TPD. Line-2 was commissioned in 1986 with an installed capacity of 1500TPD, which has been enhanced to 2800TPD. Line-3 was commissioned in 1991 with an installed capacity of 3000TPD which has been enhanced to 4150 TPD. Vikram Cement Works has its own captive power generation through Thermal Power Plant having capacity of 2x 23 MW suitable for multiple fuels. Vikram Cement Works has been pioneer in implementation of world class systems like WCM, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA 8000, ISO 27001, and ISO 50001. Vikram Cement Works is the first Cement plant in India who received TPM award in Year 1995.
Illiteracy and lack of awareness in the villages poses challenge to maintain rural health. Providing critical / emergency health care to all four villages ( Total population 12000 ).

Preference will be given to a female physician /gynecologist.
