Job Description

Position: Medical Lead. Location: Bangalore (Office-based, with occasional travelling)

Languages known: English, Hindi and Kannada (preferable)

Qualification and Academic Requirements:

● Must hold an MD in General Medicine or Cardiology.

● At least 4-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare technology setting with exposure to digital health or remote patient monitoring.

● Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Clinical Trials Oversight: Lead the implementation of clinical trials to test the efficacy and safety of digital health interventions. Ensure that our products adhere to the highest scientific rigour and ethical practice standards. Monitor the data being collected for academic and scientific publication and provide inputs to improve the quality of data.

● Strategic Leadership and Operations Management: Guide the operational strategy of our digital health projects, combining strategic vision with a hands-on approach. Oversee daily activities while ensuring alignment with our broader organizational goals.

● Clinical Product Inputs: Help the Product Manager with the Clinical inputs for the product, as and when required. This includes current and new versions of products. The product aims to manage HF patients remotely and effectively while letting the Doctors manage the patient seamlessly.

● Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Creation: Formulate and implement SOPs that guarantee operational efficiency, compliance with regulatory standards, and quality assurance. Your expertise will define the gold standard for digital health operations.

● Entrepreneurial Mindset: Utilise your entrepreneurial spirit to seek out new opportunities, pilot innovative projects, and incorporate the latest technologies into our initiatives. Your leadership will be key in navigating and realising the potential of digital health advancements.

● Remote Patient Management: Oversee the management of patients enrolled in our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, monitoring vital signs and adjusting medications as necessary. Provide support and summaries of patient conditions to cardiologists at customer sites. Manage the patients independently on the Clinical front, as and if needed.

● Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Apply your expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite to improve productivity and facilitate collaboration across teams. Your skills will be crucial in generating professional-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
