About the RoleWe are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) Professor to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, guiding students, and contributing to academic content development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures for MLT students
- Prepare and update study materials as per latest curriculum
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and academic discussions
- Assist in practical/lab-based learning (if required)
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with the academic team for course improvement
Eligibility CriteriaQualification:
- B.Sc MLT / BMLT / MMLT / M.Sc MLT / B.Voc MLT
- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of teaching or relevant industry experience
- Required SkillsStrong subject knowledge in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Familiarity with online teaching tools is a plus
