Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to support diagnostic and laboratory operations in a reputed healthcare facility in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory tests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology
• Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
• Record and analyze test results with precision
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for timely reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in shifts as per operational needs
