Qualifications and Skills
- Junior level experience of 1 to 3 years as a Medical Lab Technician
- Proficiency in Malayalam language
- BSC MLT or D MLT qualification
- Experience as a hospital lab technician will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing laboratory tests
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
