Job Description

  • Work to improve efficiency and quality in delivering healthcare services.
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations to ensure the facility's compliance.
  • Supervise assistant administrators in larger facilities.
  • Manage facility finances, including patient fees and billing.
  • Create and manage staff work schedules.
  • Represent the facility at investor meetings or on governing boards.
  • Maintain and organize records of facility services, such as inpatient bed usage.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff and department heads.
