Job Description

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with digestive system disorders and determine appropriate diagnostic tests and treatment plans
Perform diagnostic procedures such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and biopsies to identify and treat gastrointestinal conditions
Prescribe medications for gastrointestinal disorders including acid reflux, ulcers, and inflammatory bowel disease
Develop comprehensive treatment plans that may include medications, lifestyle adjustments, and dietary modifications to manage or treat digestive system disorders
Provide patient education regarding their condition, available treatment options, and preventive measures to reduce the risk of future gastrointestinal issues
