Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Field Sales Representative specializing in stem cell banking, based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, explaining the benefits of stem cell banking, and achieving sales targets. They'll also engage in customer relationship management, provide technical insights about stem cell storage, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Additional duties include attending training sessions, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the medical products and services, and collaborating with the team to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Possess experience and expertise in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of the stem cell banking industry.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to provide accurate and informative consultations to clients.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage time effectively.
• Relevant educational background, preferably in Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement.
