Company Description

Lokra is building a continuity layer for healthcare so verified medical history can travel with the patient across clinics, regions, and borders. We are developing an offline-first, privacy-preserving platform designed for real-world environments where records are fragmented or nonexistent. Our focus is clinician-verified encounters, patient-held continuity, and practical deployment in low-infrastructure settings.

We are an early-stage company with teams in the U.S. and India, currently preparing pilot deployments with clinics that operate without formal EMR systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site field role in Punjab and Uttar Pradesh (with limited travel to nearby regions as needed).

The representative will introduce the platform to doctors, demonstrate its use in real clinical settings, support pilot onboarding, and help build strong relationships with clinic owners and staff. This role involves close coordination with the founding and product teams and will play an important part in shaping how the platform is used in real-world environments.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Visit clinics and meet doctors to introduce the platform
• Demonstrate the software during real clinic workflows
• Support clinics during initial pilot usage
• Build long-term relationships with clinic owners
• Identify clinics suitable for pilot participation
• Provide structured feedback from the field to product team
• Maintain regular follow-ups with participating clinics

This role is suited for someone comfortable working in an early-stage environment where relationship-building, field learning, and practical deployment are key.

Qualifications

• 24 years experience working with doctors or clinics
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Familiarity with medical or clinic environments
• Comfortable explaining software and digital tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel locally
• Own two-wheeler required

Preferred

• Experience in medical sales, diagnostics, or clinic outreach
• Exposure to healthcare software or digital tools
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary + performance-linked incentives.

Early-stage team with growth opportunity as pilots expand.
