**Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd.** is looking for dedicated and experienced **Medical Field Officers (MFO) / Field Officers (FO)** to work on **TATA AIG Insurance assignments**.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations and claim verifications

• Visit hospitals, insured persons and relevant locations

• Handle medical and insurance investigation cases

• Collect and verify required documents and evidence

• Submit accurate reports within the prescribed TAT

• Maintain professional communication with the concerned team

Earning / Fee Options

**Option 1 – Per Case Basis**

Payment will be made on a **per-case basis**, as per the applicable fee structure.

**Option 2 – Fixed Monthly Payout**

After successfully completing **28 cases in a month**, additional cases will be paid as follo
