Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Doctor - Resident Medical Officer (RMO) based in Bilaspur. The RMO will be responsible for providing medical care to patients, diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing rounds, and responding to emergencies. The role involves maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and standards to deliver quality healthcare services.
Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, including the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of medical conditions.
- Expertise in patient care, including conducting regular rounds, monitoring treatments, and responding to emergency situations appropriately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with healthcare teams and counseling patients and their families.
- Administrative and documentation skills to maintain accurate patient records, adhere to medical protocols, and follow hospital policies.
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and registration with the relevant medical council are required.
- Up-to-date knowledge of medical standards, practices, and technologies.
- Prior experience as a Resident Medical Officer or in a similar clinical role is preferred.
