Role Description The Medical Doctor will provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including conducting consultations, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and establishing treatment plans. The role involves prescribing medications, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. The Medical Doctor will collaborate with nursing and support staff, participate in case discussions, and contribute to patient education on treatment adherence and preventive health. This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore North, requiring consistent presence at the facility and active engagement with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid medical council registration.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills across common medical conditions.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and ethical standards in healthcare.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to maintain detailed, accurate medical documentation and comply with regulatory and organizational protocols.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment and managing multiple cases efficiently.
• Willingness to participate in continuous professional development, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience in hospital or clinic settings; relevant specialty training or certifications are an advantage.
