Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Gynaecologist/Fertility expert role to oversee the day-to-day operations of Oura Fertility Clinic in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The candidate will specialise in providing comprehensive reproductive health and fertility care, including consulting patients, evaluating their health, performing diagnostic tests, and developing personalised treatment plans. The role will involve conducting procedures related to gynecologic surgery, managing obstetric care, and collaborating with other clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This individual will also play a critical role in supporting patients emotionally throughout their fertility and reproductive journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong medical knowledge and expertise in Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
• Proficiency in performing Gynecologic Surgery and other relevant procedures.
• Experience in surgical techniques related to Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a focus on precision and patient safety.
• Exceptional diagnostic, communication, and patient care skills to provide holistic, compassionate medical services.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and a valid medical license to practice in India.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, ethical, and respectful fertility care.
• Experience or serious interest in reproductive health and fertility treatment, including working with advanced diagnostic tools and assisted reproductive technologies, is an advantage.
