Matrix is opening a premium wellness and longevity center, and we're looking for a physician to lead it.
This isn't a conventional clinic. We're building a destination for high-performance recovery and preventive health — IV nutrient therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), whole-body cryotherapy, and a growing suite of longevity protocols, delivered with a concierge-grade client experience.
What you'll do
- Serve as the medical lead — designing, supervising, and continuously refining clinical protocols across IV therapy, HBOT, cryotherapy, and allied services
- Consult directly with clients: assessments, personalized protocol design, and ongoing monitoring
- Ensure full clinical safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Build and mentor the clinical team (nurses, technicians) and own quality standards
- Partner with us on the science-led roadmap as we expand the offering
What we're looking for
- MBBS (mandatory); MD / postgraduate qualification preferred
- Valid registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (or transferable registration)
- Experience or strong interest in integrative, preventive, functional, or regenerative medicine
- Familiarity with IV nutrient therapy; HBOT certification a plus (or willingness to certify)
