This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Doctor at our Karnal location. The Medical Doctor will provide comprehensive care to patients with ESRD by overseeing dialysis treatments, managing patient care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include diagnosing patient conditions, prescribing appropriate treatment, monitoring patient progress, and providing guidance on renal disease management. The role also involves educating patients and families about disease prevention and treatment options while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and managing patients with renal diseases and performing dialysis-related procedures.
• Strong ability to develop patient care plans, monitor treatment progress, and provide educational counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and medical teams.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring strict compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree with a valid medical license to practice.
• Experience in nephrology, internal medicine, or related specialization is highly desirable.
