Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Doctor, located in Mangalore .The Medical Doctor will carry out consultations, evaluate patients, and design personalized treatment plans for andrology and infertility services. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing medical procedures such as IUI, IVF, and other assisted reproductive techniques, conducting diagnostics, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, offering empathetic patient counseling, and staying updated with advancements in fertility and reproductive healthcare to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including experience in diagnosing and treating male and female infertility, and knowledge of reproductive health care
• Expertise in reproductive procedures such as IUI, IVF, and egg and sperm preservation
• Communication, counseling, and empathy skills to support patients and guide them throughout their treatment journey
• Commitment to adhering to ethical and professional medical practices and maintaining meticulous patient records
• Knowledge of advancements in infertility treatment technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
• Medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate qualifications in gynecology, obstetrics, or reproductive medicine is preferred
• Experience in an andrology and infertility practice is highly advantageous
