Overview:
We are hiring a full-time Senior Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our clinical team. The role involves assessing patient concerns, advising them on suitable aesthetic solutions, and performing a wide range of procedures with precision and safety. The ideal candidate is confident, patient-focused, and eager to grow in aesthetic medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily OPD consultations for walk-in and scheduled patients
- Assess concerns related to skin health, anti-aging, body contouring and facial enhancement
- Perform aesthetic procedures including- Fillers, Threads, Lasers, Skin Tightening, and other in-clinic treatments
- Ensure all procedures follow clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines
- Document treatment plans, consent forms, and patient progress
- Build long-term patient relationships and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction
- Manage follow-ups, reviews, and treatment maintenance cycles
Requirements:
- Degree: MD
- Experience in aesthetics is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain procedures in simple terms
- Strong sense of patient safety, ethics, and hygiene
- Ability to handle a high-volume OPD environment
