Job Description

Lead the oncology department by developing and implementing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans for cancer patients.
Conduct detailed clinical evaluations, diagnose various cancer types, and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
Oversee multidisciplinary cancer care by collaborating with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care aligned with global oncology standards and best clinical practices.
Stay updated with advancements in oncology, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and emerging treatment modalities.
Recommend and implement new treatment protocols and innovations to improve patient outcomes.
Guide, mentor, and supervise junior doctors and medical staff to enhance clinical capability and performance.
Participate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives to strengthen patient safety and care standards.
Contribute to strategic clinical decision-making and departmental leadership activities.
