Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership:
- Head all clinical wings, including General Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, ICU, NICU, PICU, OT, Labor Room, and Emergency Services.
- Oversee specialized departments such as Pharmacy, Pathology, Radiology, and allied medicine.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and adherence to medical protocols.
- Introduce innovative clinical practices and programs to improve patient outcomes.
Hospital Administration & Operations:
- Lead non-clinical departments including HR, IT, Inventory, Accounts, and Facilities.
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives for revenue generation, marketing, and government healthcare programs (e.g., BSBY).
- Oversee TPA programs, peripheral medical camps, and upcoming medical college operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor hospital policies and procedures.
Staff Management & Development:
- Direct, supervise, and evaluate medical and paramedical staff.
- Oversee recruitment, credentialing, and professional development of physicians.
- Coordinate with staff to achieve operational and organizational goals.
Quality & Compliance:
- Maintain confidentiality of all medical, employee, and organizational information.
- Manage quality assurance, utilization reviews, cost control, and protocol development.
- Stay updated with best practices in clinical care, chronic care, and hospital management.
