Job Description

Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership:

  • Manage clinic team, including Doctors, Aesthetician nurses, and other ops team members.
  • Provide expert guidance on clinical practices, protocols, and patient care standards.
  • Ensure the standard of care and adherence to medical practices.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Oversee clinical audits, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations and standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient journey.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements related to clinical operations.

Policy Development:

  • Develop and implement medical policies, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with senior management.
  • Update policies regularly to align with the latest medical standards and technologies.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the administrative team and other department heads to ensure integrated and efficient delivery.
  • Liaise with external medical authorities, government agencies, and healthcare partners to stay current with medical advancements.

 Strategic Planning:

  • Participate in the strategic planning process, contributing to the organization's long-term vision and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding medical services and improving operational efficiency.

Patient Safety & Risk Management:

  • Monitor patient safety standards and address potential risks.
  • Oversee incident reporting systems and investigate adverse events to mitigate future risks.

Training & Development:

  • Promote continuous learning and professional development for team members through training, workshops, and conferences.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Budgeting & Resource Management:

  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop and manage the medical department's budget.
  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation, including medical supplies, equipment, and staffing.

Research & Innovation:

  • Encourage and support clinical research and innovation within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging medical technologies and practices, integrating them where applicable.

 Requirement:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions based on clinical data and patient outcomes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse teams.

 Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • MBBS , MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Active medical license to practice in the respective jurisdiction.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
