Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership:
- Manage clinic team, including Doctors, Aesthetician nurses, and other ops team members.
- Provide expert guidance on clinical practices, protocols, and patient care standards.
- Ensure the standard of care and adherence to medical practices.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Oversee clinical audits, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations and standards.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient journey.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements related to clinical operations.
Policy Development:
- Develop and implement medical policies, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with senior management.
- Update policies regularly to align with the latest medical standards and technologies.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the administrative team and other department heads to ensure integrated and efficient delivery.
- Liaise with external medical authorities, government agencies, and healthcare partners to stay current with medical advancements.
Strategic Planning:
- Participate in the strategic planning process, contributing to the organization's long-term vision and goals.
- Identify opportunities for expanding medical services and improving operational efficiency.
Patient Safety & Risk Management:
- Monitor patient safety standards and address potential risks.
- Oversee incident reporting systems and investigate adverse events to mitigate future risks.
Training & Development:
- Promote continuous learning and professional development for team members through training, workshops, and conferences.
- Evaluate the performance of team members and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Budgeting & Resource Management:
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop and manage the medical department's budget.
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation, including medical supplies, equipment, and staffing.
Research & Innovation:
- Encourage and support clinical research and innovation within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging medical technologies and practices, integrating them where applicable.
Requirement:

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- MBBS , MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Active medical license to practice in the respective jurisdiction.
Experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
