Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with various cancer types and stages.
Conduct detailed medical evaluations, diagnosis, and staging of oncology cases.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver integrated and patient-centric care.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgical oncology.
Recommend and implement advanced treatment approaches and evidence-based clinical practices.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior doctors and healthcare professionals.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, treatment outcomes, and operational excellence.
Contribute to the development of oncology protocols, clinical governance standards, and best practices.
Ensure adherence to ethical, regulatory, and healthcare compliance standards.
